Therefore, we do not accept returns on any products sold, including coffee, spices, herbs, oils, ghee, and dried fruits.

1. No Returns on Food Products

Due to the nature of our products, which include perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it is considered final sale. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our offerings, as well as to protect the health of our customers.

2. Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Each item undergoes rigorous quality checks before being packaged and shipped. If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we ask that you follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@everestcoffee.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographic Evidence: Include clear photographs of the damaged or defective product, as well as the packaging it was received in. This will help us assess the situation and take appropriate action.
  • Resolution: Upon reviewing your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Please note that replacements will only be offered for damaged or defective items; we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or other non-defective items.

4. Refunds

If a refund request is deemed valid (e.g., for damaged or defective items), the amount will be refunded within 15 days of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
